Day 17

Always look on the bright cider of life

Galipette Brut Cidre

Galipette is a brand of cider that originates from the Brittany region of France, which is renowned for its long tradition of cider-making. The name Galipette refers to a playful term in French that can describe a somersault or a cartwheel, evoking the fun and light-hearted nature of the drink.  This cider is made using apples from the cider orchards in the region, often from a variety of traditional Breton apple types typically featuring a combination of sweetness and acidity.  Galipette Ciders are always vegan friendly, gluten free and with no added sugars.

Galipette Bruta tart, dry cider – appeals to those who enjoy a more pronounced apple taste with minimal sweetness.  It is known for its balanced flavor profile, typically featuring a combination of sweetness and acidity, with a refreshing, crisp finish.

Pair with pork loin, butternut squash soup or cheese fondue.

Ciders are typically served chilled between 45-50°F
