Using Alley Twenty-Six Tonic in Wine / Beer / Cider Cocktails – March 22

We thrilled to have Rob Mariani from Behind the Stick Provisions in Durham, NC come to our shop to demonstrate how to use the famed Alley Twenty-Six Tonic in your wine, beer, and cider cocktails!

Low ABV cocktails, such as these, have become a mainstay in the cocktail world. Spirit-forward drinks are great, but it's difficult enjoy them for an entire evening. Sometimes you want something a little lighter and not as strong, yet still maintain that cocktail vibe.

By utilizing Alley Twenty Six Tonic Syrup, along some help from our friends at Crude Bitters in Raleigh, we can take the already delicious wines, ciders, and beers we have on our shelves at Assorted Table Wine Shoppe and fully explore their cocktail potential!

Your ticket gives you access to the Rob's cocktail demonstrations, five tasting portions of the cocktails made, and our special "bar bites".

Alley Twenty Six Tonic Syrup is a retail tonic syrup from the highly-acclaimed Durham cocktail bar, Alley Twenty Six. It is made using the bark of a cinchona tree, from which quinine is sourced. Lemongrass, limes, and sugar are added to create a tonic as robust in taste as it is in color. The intensity of the flavor allows you to have control over the kind of tonic libation you prefer.

You won't want to miss the fun and tasty evening .. and at a great price!
