André Hueston Mack is an award-winning sommelier, winemaker, designer, and author. He founded Mouton Noir in 2007 and now features some of the most unique and distinctive wines from the Great Northwest.

We are thrilled to be co-hosting this noted winemaker and his wines with a special pairing dinner on Tuesday, March 22 at The Asbury at The Dunhill Hotel in uptown Charlotte.

It will be a multi-course dinner featuring red, whites, and rose, from Oregon and Washington – matched with specially prepared dishes by Executive Chef Chris Coleman.

On Thursday, September 24, at 7pm, Assorted Table Wine Shoppe, in combination with The Asbury at The Dunhill and The Country Vintner will present a chef-inspired five-course wine dinner, featuring wines from El Enemigo.

El Enemigo is the new wine project from acclaimed winemaker Alejandro Virgil, Chief Winemaker from Bodegas Catena Zapata. Meet the Chief Spokesperson and Ambassador, Costanzah Hartung Of El Enemigo and taste some of the best wines Argentina has to offer.
