Our own Chef Taylor Kastl of Tayste Catering recently moved into a new home and discovered in her basement .. a stocked wine cellar (no kidding!). Some are some very interesting older vintages. As it turns out, we stock many of the more recent releases. So we’re doing a taste and compare wine and food pairing of these “lost” wines with their more modern brothers and sisters.
